Project description
As part of the management of its drinking water production assets, the Toulon Provence Méditerranée Metropolis (MTPM) operates two strategic facilities: the Dardennes Dam and the Carcès Dam. These infrastructures, with a total capacity of over 9 million m³, play a crucial role in securing the drinking water supply for the Toulon area.
Classified in Category A under the regulations on the safety of hydraulic structures, they require specific monitoring and maintenance regarding both technical and regulatory aspects. In this context, MTPM has entrusted SCP with a Project Management Assistance mission aimed at supporting the monitoring and maintenance of these two dams.
Services provided:
- Establishment and updating of operating instructions and the organization document.
- Preparation of the annual regulatory operating report and EISH (Significant Event for Hydraulic Safety) declarations.
- Training of operating teams to requalify personnel for the implementation of appropriate procedures.
- Conducting thorough technical inspections and visits upon simple request from the MTPM in response to anomalies reported by the operator or to monitor a maintenance operation.
- Assistance to the MTPM in validating the selection of components and equipment, as well as during the annual regulatory inspection, providing technical and regulatory support to the control services.
