Project description
The Agglomeration Community of the Pays de Grasse (CAPG) has initiated a project to secure and enhance the Foux spring, a historical resource used for the territory’s drinking water supply. Located in the heart of the city of Grasse, this karstic resource is particularly sensitive to rainfall events, which cause increases in turbidity that can limit its use for human consumption.
In order to ensure water quality that complies with health requirements and to sustain the exploitation of this strategic resource, the CAPG has launched the construction of a dedicated drinking water treatment unit. The project aims to achieve sustainable control of turbidity and to continuously provide water that meets the standards of the January 2007 decree and the expectations of the health authority.
Services provided:
- Design of the water treatment process and carry out the associated execution studies, defining the requirements in civil engineering, electricity, automation, and piping.
- Ensuring the scheduling, management, and coordination (SMC) of the operation.
- Integration of the treatment process equipment, including handling, assembly, and connection works.
- Execution of electrical and automation works, testing, and commissioning, up to achieving the expected performance of the water treatment unit.
