Project Description
The Manosque Canal Syndicate Association (ASCM) has launched a comprehensive program to modernize its irrigation system to improve the performance of its network, secure water supply for its members, and reduce withdrawals from the resource.
This project involves both the main canal and the associated distribution networks, with the gradual transformation of a historic gravity system into a more efficient and flexible management system. The developments carried out aim to optimize flow regulation, limit losses and discharges, improve network responsiveness, and enable water distribution on demand.
Ultimately, this program contributes to more sustainable water resource management, simplifies the operation of facilities, and maintains quality service for agricultural, urban, and landscaping uses in the territory.
The services provided:
- Design and sizing of structures: pipeline network, intake structure, equipment, special crossings (PRO).
- Management of company consultations and support in the awarding of construction contracts (ACT).
- Guarantee of project management for the execution of regulation structures on the Manosque Canal (3 automated gates, 3 fixed weirs), the supervision system (10 sites), and the lining of 4 km of the main canal (VISA, DET, AOR).
- Execution of topographic surveys and gauging campaigns necessary for the characterization and optimization of the hydraulic operation of the network.
- Support for the commissioning of structures and guarantee of the technical compliance of installations until their acceptance (AOR).
