Project description
This project follows the drawing up of the Master Plan for Water Development and Management and aims to provide a planning tool for sector-specific actions which take the equilibrium of ecosystems into consideration.
The project lasted for 15 months and was divided into 4 phases:
- Phase 1: communication / popularization of the Master Plan for Water Development and Management
- Phase 2: monitoring of implementation of the measurement programme
- Phase 3: adaptation of the Master Plan for Water Development and Management to the local context
- Phase 4: capacity-building within the OMVS
