Project description
This project consists of studying the technical, economic, regulatory, and environmental feasibility of hydraulic development works in the lower Argens valley, as set out in section 28 of the Flood Protection Plan.
In particular, the project focuses on the following key actions:
- Fine-tuning or adapting works by means of precise numerical modelling of hydraulics, and by taking the river’s spatial requirements into account
- Building a project which is in line with the national “territories undergoing change” roadmap, as well as with the general development plan for the lower valley
- Designing an operational project management programme with medium and long-term horizons
Services provided:
- Management of studies and project partners
- Preliminary studies (except for hydraulic and hydro-geomorphological modelling), and drawing up of the development programme
- Preliminary design and regulatory documentation
